Product Development
Have an idea for a product? We partner with you to turn it into a functional, production-ready prototype. You’ll be involved throughout the design and development process to ensure it looks and works exactly as intended. Once the final prototype is complete, you can either retain full ownership and receive all design files and documentation, OR partner with BlinnTech to handle manufacturing and sales while you earn 5% of profits until your investment is recouped, plus an additional 30% of your original investment.
3D Scanning
Send in your part(s) or have us scan them on-site. You’ll receive accurate 3D files that can be used directly in your design workflow. 3D scanning is especially valuable when designing parts that must fit or interface with existing components, or when working with complex or organic shapes. It eliminates time-consuming manual measuring and trial-and-error, making it an efficient solution for engineers and designers who need precise models without access to their own scanner.
3D Printing
Product Printing
BlinnTech offers 3D printing for customers who need high-quality, functional parts without the scale of a print farm. Using our Raise3D E2 and Bambu Lab H2C, we can produce versatile, cost-effective prints for prototyping or small-batch production. Send us your print files and we’ll provide a quote based on material, size, and complexity.

CNC Laser Cutting & Etching
We offer precision laser cutting and engraving across a variety of materials. Whether you need accurately cut wood components that fit together seamlessly or custom laser-etched details like names, logos, or markings on metal, we can deliver clean, consistent results.
CNC Drag Knife Cutting
We offer precise drag knife cutting for flexible materials such as paper, vinyl, sticker material, and thin fabrics. This process is ideal for creating clean stencils, decals, patterns, and custom shapes with consistent accuracy.
Silicone & Resin Molding
Need custom silicone or resin parts? Send us a 3D file or a physical sample along with your desired hardness. We handle the entire process—from mold design and fabrication to casting or injection—resulting in consistent, high-quality finished parts ready for use or production.
